Our factory in Gragnano (Naples), equipped with technologically advanced machines carries out strict procedures and meticulous protocols departing from the selection of the semolina which comes from the best durum wheat. The shaping, the drying, the packaging and the storing processes are attentively run step by step, making the production of our pasta a perfect union between technology and craftsmanship. We have been exporting our healthy, nourishing, salutary OTTIMA pasta for years all around the world, preserving the taste, the freshness, the smell of the good and exclusive Italian cuisine. In order to make the pleasure of the palate more intense, our pasta line has been enriched by our best canned vegetables, such as organic peeled tomatoes, yellow tomatoes, San Marzano peeled tomatoes and sauces, which give more and more savour and taste to our pasta.
